Blackledgemusic, Inc. came together to share making music with my friends and colleagues. Helene Rosenblatt was performing
with a number of groups. In order to benefit us all, as well as to expand opportunities for differents kinds and places of
performance Helene incorporated as a consortium in 2002.

Briefly the Nutmeg Consort existed, until a recorder orchestra started in Connecticut and Helene just ran out of time to keep
Nutmeg going. Perhaps when Helene can retire from her day job,she can get this going again,it was so much fun.
